I absolutely love my home town, but I am willing to go where the job takes me&#33;<br><br>In addition to loving the Wilmington area and our beautiful surrounding beaches, I also enjoy reading, shopping, dancing, going out to try new restaurants, working out at 02 Fitness, meeting new people, and pageants.  I was honored to have represented the city of Wilmington this year as Miss Greater Wilmington, and I have made so many wonderful friends throughout the year.  I want to say thank you to all of you who made my year a success.<br><br>As many of you already know, it is important to be involved in the community.  Each young lady who participates in the Miss America Scholarship program is devoted to a charity or project of her choice that we call a &quot;platform&quot;.  Our platforms are something that we stand for and promote whenever we have the opportunity.  My platform is the ‘Gift of Life’, promoting Organ and Tissue Donation Education and Awareness.  I encourage each of you to discuss organ and tissue donation with your family.
